Sustainability lies at the heart of global efforts to create a more balanced and equitable future. In line with the SDGs, the IMPETUS Accelerator directly supports initiatives that contribute to sustainability, justice, and equity. By empowering citizen science projects, the accelerator creates opportunities for local communities to take an active role in sustainable development. Through citizen engagement and grassroots efforts, IMPETUS fosters solutions that are not only impactful on a local scale but also contribute to global sustainability efforts. Many of the projects under the IMPETUS framework align with SDGs such as Zero Hunger (Goal 2), Sustainable Cities and Communities (Goal 11), and Climate Action (Goal 13), promoting responsible practices and resilience in the face of environmental challenges.
